The Cyber Cafe Management System project is an online system designed to help manage a commercial business such as an internet cafe. It streamlines various activities and processes such as customer registration, billing, machine management, and more. Provides an efficient way to control the traffic flow in the cafe, monitor resources usage and pricing of services after analyzing customer patterns. It mostly enables cyber cafe owners to gain better insight into their customers’ behavior so that they can make informed decisions about which services or machines their customers are most likely to use. Objectives

The aim of this project is to enable pupils to utilise their programming knowledge in a genuine environment and show them how programming expertise can be used for successfully creating software.

5. Implement integrated software to automate administrative processes, such as scheduling and billing, while eliminating manual data entry errors.
6. Develop a reporting function that provides real-time insights into usage trends and customer behaviors.
7. Integrate efficient mechanisms for monitoring resource utilization, including IP address allocation and tracking applications used by each user session on the network.

Proposed System

• Registration Module: This module will provide a platform for the customers to register on the system by entering their basic information like name, address, contact number, email id etc.
• Login Module: This module will enable customers to login into the system using their registered username and password.
• Resource Management Module: This module will keep track of all the resources such as computers, chairs and other equipments used in the cyber cafe.
• System Status Management Module: This module will allow administrators to view the status of each system in real time and make necessary changes when needed.
• Billing Management Module: This module will keep record of each customer’s bill that has been generated and will update the same whenever there are any changes made in it by the administrator or customer himself/herself.
• Report Generation Module: This module will help administrators generate reports based on daily activities such as profit/loss analysis, resource management report and many others as required by them.
• Security Management Module: Last but not least is security management which provides security measures such as authentication and authorization of user access for various modules within the system including login, registration etc. It also provides data encryption for secure communication between different parties involved within the system environment like server side etc
