Objectives

Proposed System
- Registration Module: This module will provide a platform for the customers to register on the system by entering their basic information like name, address, contact number, email id etc.
- Login Module: This module will enable customers to login into the system using their registered username and password.
- Resource Management Module: This module will keep track of all the resources such as computers, chairs and other equipments used in the cyber cafe.
- System Status Management Module: This module will allow administrators to view the status of each system in real time and make necessary changes when needed.
- Billing Management Module: This module will keep record of each customer’s bill that has been generated and will update the same whenever there are any changes made in it by the administrator or customer himself/herself.
- Report Generation Module: This module will help administrators generate reports based on daily activities such as profit/loss analysis, resource management report and many others as required by them.
- Security Management Module: Last but not least is security management which provides security measures such as authentication and authorization of user access for various modules within the system including login, registration etc. It also provides data encryption for secure communication between different parties involved within the system environment like server side etc
