The objective of this study is to develop a prototype house equipped with an automated safety system that includes two control inputs. The functioning of the system can be regulated either through an Android or IOS smartphone equipped with the Blynk application, or by utilizing a PIR sensor integrated into the circuit. The result obtained from this sequence of systems is a magnetic lock, which is subsequently employed as a door lock for the residence. This study pertains to the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The evaluation of each component yielded the following results: the PIR sensor readings were obtained with a radius of 90cm and an angle of 120 degrees, using a voltage of 5V. The solenoid lock operates with a voltage of 12V. The Wemos D1 R1 board has errors on its 2 input/output pins. Additionally, a battery is available as a backup power source in case the main power source is interrupted for more than 5 hours.
