The Idea Of “Perfect Regularity,” However, Is A Simplified Representation Since Real Buildings Always Have Irregularities Because Of Different Needs And Demands; These Irregularities Are Rather Common In Contemporary Urban Infrastructure. Structural Anomalies Have Thus Become Unavoidable, And This Work Attempts To Evaluate Their Performance. Lowering A Specific Percentage From The Standard (Square-Shaped) Reference Model, Results In Two L-Shaped Models With Plan Asymmetric And Two Setback Versions With Vertical Geometric Irregularities. A G+9 Storey Regular (Square-Shaped) RCC Frame Building Is Developed. Every Model Experiences Earthquake Load; Their Responses Are Computed With CSI ETABS Program. Response Spectrum Analysis Will Help Us To Reach The Goal By Comparing The Answers Of The Several Models.
