Abstract: Description: This project entails the design of a system for automatic surveillance of the religions and other certificates issuance processes within the Revenue department aimed at enhancing resource allocation and eliminating backlogs.
Expected Outcome: The efficiency with which certificates are processed is going to be enhanced by appropriate utilization of resources, timely execution of various processes and ultimate provision of services to the public.
