Abstract: Description: Create a digital solution which continuously supervises and ensures compliance with the Citizens’ Charter norms on all public ‘touch’ points of the Department of Posts. This will be real time tracking of the key performance indicators, thereby increasing accountability of the services delivered.
Expected Outcome: The present project will create mobile based and cloud based processes to assist in preventing corruption and increase the public service satisfaction and the trust of the citizens.
