Abstract: Description: The features of this project include the creation of AI based system, which employs acoustic waves, to find rail cracks or any other defects. Therefore early fault detection is very important for safeguarding against mishaps and promoting the safety of rail systems.

Expected Outcome: The development of an intelligent performance monitoring system that makes the railway infrastructure safety and reliable leading to a reduction of accidents as well as maintenance expenses.
