Process:

Once we receive the advance payment, we start working on your project, and we keep you updated throughout the process. Before final delivery, we schedule a live session and screen share the work, where you can discuss any changes you want to make. Once you approve the final delivery, we require the full payment to be made before sending you the project.

No Refunds:

Since we offer digital products and services, we cannot offer any refunds once the assignment/service/contract has been onboarded or delivered. This is because our team invests a significant amount of time and effort in creating and delivering the project to you. Therefore, once the service is engaged, no refunds will be issued. It is highly recommended to the users to contact us and discuss your requirements in detail before making any payments.
