Design and Implementation of a Wireless Smart Energy Grid System using ESP8266

One of the most significant and challenging problems to solve is energy conservation. For this purpose the domestic electric power distribution system, smart power meters are utilized. Incorporating the Node-MCU, the PZEM sensor, and the relay into the system enables it to function as a Smart Power Monitoring system. The smart power meter provides data that can be used to optimize and reduce the amount of power that is consumed. The transmission of data is accomplished through this system’s communication with the embedded controller and the ESP8266 module. By utilizing this system, domestic consumers are able to get the benefit from the system.
