Abstract: Purpose: Create a solution for automatic change detection in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite images concentrating on the identification of anthropogenic changes and excluding natural changes. The solution must utilize Sentinel 1 SAR Open source satellite images and Google Earth Engine.
Expected result: It is expected that the research will lead to the development of software which will help in capturing changes thus aiding in urban development planning, security and disaster management through informing of developments in anthropogenic structures in time.
